• Installation, maintenance, and support services

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into agreements
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Service Terms and Conditions

4.1 Installation and Setup

• Professional installation is required for all equipment
• Access to the installation location must be provided
• Suitable power and internet connections must be available
• Installation appointments must be scheduled in advance

4.2 Monitoring Services

• 24/7 monitoring services are subject to network availability
• Emergency contacts must be kept current
• Response times may vary based on location and circumstances
• False alarms may result in additional charges

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Use equipment and services only as intended
• Maintain equipment in good working condition
• Report any issues or malfunctions promptly
• Keep emergency contact information up to date
• Allow access for maintenance and repairs
• Pay all fees and charges on time

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Fees and Charges

• Installation fees are due upon completion of setup
• Monthly service fees are billed in advance
• Additional charges may apply for extra services
• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes

6.2 Payment Methods

• We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards
• Automatic payment options are available
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts
• Services may be suspended for non-payment

7. Equipment and Warranty

7.1 Equipment Ownership

All equipment remains the property of Intedriatt unless explicitly purchased by the customer. Customers are responsible for the care and security of installed equipment.

7.2 Warranty

• Equipment is warranted against defects for 12 months
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects and normal wear
• Damage due to misuse or accidents is not covered
• Replacement equipment may be refurbished

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide reliable services, Intedriatt's liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for service interruptions due to factors beyond our control
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months
• We are not responsible for consequential or indirect damages
• Emergency services are provided on a best-effort basis

10. Service Termination

10.1 Termination by Customer

• Customers may terminate services with 30 days' written notice
• Equipment must be returned in good working condition
• Outstanding fees must be paid in full
• Early termination fees may apply

10.2 Termination by Intedriatt

We may terminate services for breach of these terms, non-payment, or other valid reasons with appropriate notice.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Malaysia.
